Terms and Policies for Agency Accelerator Participants

1. Program Overview

   By enrolling in the Agency Accelerator program, you agree to the outlined terms and policies. The program spans six months and includes access to specific monthly modules, live office hours, and community forums as detailed in the course description. This is a six-month program with a monthly fee, and participants will have access to the content for the months they have paid for.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

   Payment Terms: All payments must be made according to the agreed-upon installment plan to maintain access to the program.

   Refunds:

   • Initial Refund Period: Refund requests will be honored within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided no significant content (e.g., live sessions or modules) has been accessed. After this period or once significant content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
   • Ongoing Payments: Since the program operates on a monthly fee basis, you are only obligated to pay for the months you wish to participate. Failure to make a monthly payment will result in loss of access to future modules and community forums.

3. Cancellation Policy

   If you cancel your enrollment:

   • Before the Program Begins: A partial refund may be issued, minus an administrative fee.
   • After the Program Begins: No refunds will be issued, but you will retain access to the modules and content for the months you have paid for.

   If the program is canceled by Software Peeps, Inc.:

   • Participants will receive a full refund or a prorated refund based on the content delivered up to the cancellation date.

4. Privacy Policy

   Your personal information (e.g., name, email address) will be used solely for program-related communications and will not be shared with third parties. All group discussions and content shared within the community forum are private and confidential and should not be shared outside the program.

5. Intellectual Property

   All program materials, including workbooks, recordings, templates, and any other resources provided, are for your personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Software Peeps, Inc. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Participation Guidelines

   Community Conduct: Respectful and professional behavior is expected in all community interactions, including forums and live sessions. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without refund.

   Attendance: Live office hours are optional but highly recommended to enhance your learning experience. Recordings will be provided for those unable to attend.

7. Program Access

   • Content Access: Participants will retain access to the modules and recorded sessions for the months they have paid for.
   • Community Forum: Access to the community forum is available during the months you are actively enrolled in the program. If you discontinue payments, access to future modules and the community forum will be revoked.

8. Modifications to the Program

   Software Peeps, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, content, or delivery method as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance. Such modifications will not affect your access to the modules for the months you have paid for.

9. Non-Transferable Enrollment

   Enrollment in the Agency Accelerator program is personal to you and cannot be transferred or shared with others.

10. Liability Disclaimer

    Software Peeps, Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of program materials or participation in the program. All advice and strategies provided are for educational purposes, and individual results may vary.

11. Agreement Acceptance

    By enrolling in the Agency Accelerator program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and policies.
